I have water in my tank and need to get rid of it. Dealership want to charge $900 to drop tank and drain system, that just is'nt an option. After some research, I ordedered 3 aqua socks and plan on sticking those down the fuel tank to absorb the water. Each sock will absorb 12 oz of just water. It only requires 1 1/2" opening , so my only real concern is if there is any 1 way restriction where the fill tube meets the tank? Don't want to stick it in and not be able get it out. Mechanic at the dealership could not answer this question. Does anyone know for sure?
