Where can I buy a FSM for the vehicle at?

Explain fsm. Go to compnine.com enter your Vin and it will explain every rpo code on your truck

 

Nevermind just hit me factory service manual. You can go to alldata.com or all-data.com not sure which it is. But you can pay for a single license for your truck or pay more for like unlimited vehicles. Mainly shop use. But all data is the best you can get
