07-13 rear seat belt removal help

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me? My rear passenger seatbelt keeps locking up. I've removed the torque screw mounting the belt to the floor to release it, and that worked for about a day or two, but now it is locked up again. I'd like to replace the rear seat belt myself (if possilbe).

I have a 2007 Silverado Crew Cab LTZ, with the rear airbags and backup sensor. I'm scared to start prying on the panels to remove them, because I don't want to damage the airbag or sensor.

Does anyone know of a digram/instruction/video that shows how to remove the rear seatbelt? I've found the diagram for the extended cab, but not the crew cab...and nothing with the airbag or backup sensor.
