No Heat

99 chevy z71 ,4.8 L Heater blows but not even warm,radiator and heater core replaced 6 months ago, thermostat replaced yesterday,mechanic thought it was blend door motor,replaced that today still no heat,both heater hoses get hot,not extremely hot but very warm.when had blend door motor off checked door for movement and it moves back and forth by hand easily. Dont know what else it could be air moves to all locations Dash,vent,floor..Would pull hair out but its to cold. Any help appreciated.

I would guess trapped air. Needs to be burped. Never did with my truck but with cars.

Control head what/where is that? what is best way to check for trapped air?

Both of the things I would check are what has been mentioned burp the cooling system and see what happens

Control head is your module with climate controls under the radio. I know they do go bad at times. Mine happened to go out a couple years ago
