Any NASCAR fans here? I'm an Earnhardt fan. So is my son, I guess I trained him good! LOL

Any predictions for the Daytona 500?

Not much into it, but I like the Rusty Wallace car. I know it's a F**d, but it is covered with Miller LITE. MMMMMMMMMMMM

I'm a big NASCAR fan. I mainly root for Dale Earnhardt, but also pull for Steve Park and Dale Jr.

I predict a GM car will win the 500, and there will be several blown up Mopar engines. But by mid-year, watch out for those Mopars. They are going to be strong.

ok.. cars to watch for.....

Both Earnhardts, Jeff Gordon, Johnny Benson, Bobby Labonte. And I am having a funny feeling about Terry Labonte. He was alot quicker in testing than I was expecting.

I like Dale and Ward Burton.

My uncle was in Bill Davis's shop doing some countertop work for him. They told him the engines were the least of their worries, aerodynamics had them concerned. Two guys working on cars said that Dodge is starting to race 6 months too early. Speaking of him, he is in NC and has done all the counterwork for all the NASCAR shops in the area. He was just in Richard Petty's yesterday and said it was amazing.

I always root for the number "3". I've met several of the drivers and Terry Labonte was the most down to earth guy I've talked to. Gordan is a prick... he wouldn't even say hello. As far as owners... Joe Gibbs is the kinda guy you wish lived next door to you!!!

I am a Jeff Gordon fan all the way. I have been a fan of his since he started. I agree about the dodge cars. About mid season they will start to pick up. A few blown engines in the beginning. Ray is an awsome crew chief, now he owns the team. They will be strong. And Gordon is getting back in the grove. Alot of prople don't like him, but you have admit, he is d*mn good at what he does.

Its all down from here now. We got a Jeffy Gordon fan and a anybody but Dale Sr. fan. LOL

Sure looks like Dodge did OK today in their first NASCAR deal since 1983. Won the pole and have 4 of the top 8 times. Maybe they do have their act together.

Yep, looks like they had most of their cars hooked up. They may have been doing some sand bagging the last few weeks in their test sessions so the gm and f_rd teams wouldn't complain for aerodynamic rule changes. They did better than I thought they would. I think it's great they are back in NASCAR. I wish Olds and Buick were still in it too.

I've been a Ricky Rudd fan for years, so I keep hoping he can break thru this year and get some wins again.

I enjoy many of the other drivers: Johnny Benson, Steve Park, Rusty, Etc. Don't care for Ernie Irvan much, he always wipes me out on my NASCAR sim computer game!
