So I went out to try to start my truck and all the lights and everything turned on fine, but when i tried to crank it just clicked. I jumped it and started with no issue. I stopped to get gas and when I tried to start it again, the same thing happened. I should probably add it was -7 out this morning. Anyways when I got home I tried starting it again and nothing happened not even a click. I opened the hood and messed with some wires and it started up, once again with no issue. When I tried to start again after changing some lights it gave no click so I messed with wires again, this time it only clicked and hasnt started again. Please help

The first clue here is that moving wires around temporarily solves the problem. That means the battery is good, but there's a bad connection. The second clue is that it jump starts, which means you've removed the bad connection from the equation. First thing I would check are the battery cables and connections at the battery.

Check your battery with a volt meter. It should read 12-13 volts. If it's good but the starter won't turn, you've probably got a bad cable or connection. The symptoms of a bad battery cable or connection will convince you that you have a bad battery. Yes, even your voltage gauge can deceive you. I can't tell you how many times I've seen people replace the battery several times before they solve the problem by replacing a cable or repairing the connection.

If your battery, cables, and connections are good, you can start looking at other components.
