How to remove factory fog lights?

How do you take off the factory fog lamps?   One of them on my son's truck has some water in it and is really nasty looking inside.  It still works, but need to take it off to dump the water and clean/seal it up. ???

On my '03 Silverado, there are two 10mm bolts at the top of the lamp's cradle.  Easy to remove.  Found that out when we went mud-hawging.  I removed the lower aid dam, as per the manual's suggestion, and also removed the fog lamps and discovered those bolts.
