2009 chevrolet transmission delay

Hi everyone, My name is Dubem. hope i get all the necessary assistance i need.

was on a trip with my 2009 chevrolet suburban(automatic) and i noticed at one point that the truck revs so high before changing gear, d speed reduced too, pulled over and an alarm beeped that my oil pressure is low. my technician said it was the engine oil which was changed. but now he is telling me i have to change the gear box(transmission) . and billing me about $2900. what is really wrong.. replies needed asap!!!!

Try changing trans fluid with AMSOL trans fluid. Dont flush. Just drop the the pan. and refill. (about 7 quarts I think) and the Filter. Good Luck

Sorry but changing oil does NOT fix a mechanical concern but thanks for playing
