Avoid Autoplicity

Ordered six items from Autoplicity and paid with PayPal last Monday. I called them the following Thursday because I'd never received any shipping info or tracking number, but was told then that the items were in stock and had already been shipped. I received the shipment yesterday, but it only had 5 of the 6 I ordered (all six were the same item). I called the number and a gal acted like she didn't believe me that there was only five, but that she'd check with the warehouse and get back to me by end of day. That was around noon. Never heard back, so I called around 5:00, a guy told me she was still checking, but if hear something before they closed at 7:00. Still nothing so I called back at 6:50. Told the person the deal, and they put me on hold for a few seconds then just hung up, called back just to hear an automated good bye again. There price was cheap, but not worth it. Read several similar reviews after the fact. I'll update if I ever get my sixth item, but as of know, extremely disappointed in Autoplicity.
