seat heaters & drivers power seat stopped working

2004 2500hd sierra

 

Kind of weird. My drivers side power seat stopped working, and the seat heaters on both seats stopped working. The passenger side power seat still works.

 

I checked the driver side interior fuse panel. Looks good. Haven't checked all the under dash fuses or the under hood fuses yet. Not sure which fuses power the heaters and seats. One book said the IGN3 fuse for the heaters, that one was fine.

I think I found the problem. A few months ago I put in a new power seat switch on the drivers seat. Today I disconnected it and the seat heaters starting working again. Going to open the switch up, maybe theres a short in it...

 

*UPDATE*

Yeah, crappy Chinese switch was the problem. Next time I buy the OEM made in Canada switch.
