2015 Yukon slt hazard relay attachment

My wife recently backed her brand new 2015 Yukon into the fence corner. It broke the tail light which I promptly replaced to the tune of $500+. No big deal to replace the tail light. While I was under the vehicle unplugging the wire harness, I notice the hazard module bracket was hanging loose and was wedged against the fender wall on the drivers side rear. I looked to see how it was attached and I did not see any hangers or clips for it. It appears to be epoxied on to the rear bumper. I went to the hardware store and bought the JB Weld clear 5 minute epoxy. I cleaned the bracket and the bumper and applied the epoxy as directed. I held it in place for 5 minutes and went in the house for supper. I came back out 30 minutes later and there it hangs!! Does anyone have any experience with this bracket? There is no way to put a screw or clip on the bracket. I am going to try more epoxy and follow up with clear silicone. Short of replacing the entire bumper ($$$!!!) I am not sure what else to do. Ideas welcome! Thanks
