Gmc savana 2003

I have been working on this problem for a while now but I can t figure it out.

My left blinker blinks really fast and shows front blinker out and back one blinking really fast,

My right blinker doesn't work at all it makes the first blink noise like it wants to do something and then nothing no lights come on at all

Brakes lights both work.

Wipers they start and then I cannot turn them off not even after turning the van off they keep going for a while till they shut off them self...

Water for wipers works fine .

All other electronics work fine no other known issues.

Can anybody help?

I am clueless

I did replace the multifunction turn signal lever with no luck same symptoms

Might have been done but, did you check to make sure you had the correct bulbs in all the sockets? I know some cars are sensitive to the wrong filament bulbs and will act oddly. I would also check the sockets themselves for corrosion and possible shorting wires. Really, break out a schematic and start shooting wires. Could be simple, could be complex.

Does anybody here can tell me if this van has a relay fuse for the blinkers and location please ...

And may as well even the other little fuses related to blinkers.

I did got through all the mini fuses just want make sure I checked them all

Check the flasher unit under the dash

I have seen problems when people wire in trailering like these. Especially when someone tries to make up anything with multiple wires other than 4. ( ie. 5 or 7)

Check the rear light wiring harness.  They have an issue with the ground.  I replaced both of mine and the rear light issues were resolved.  Dormann sells them.  I got them on eBay.
