Mystery wiring harness

I just bought a new 2015 2500HD Duramax Double Cab with plow prep. I was poking around under the dash (my power pedals aren't working) and I found a wiring harness looped and tucked under the carpet in the driver's side foot well. It comes out of the under dash distribution panel and then disappears under the front of the console.

 

What is it for? Could it be the roof beacon harness?

898 pages of electrical diagrams and all pertinent sections on Plow prep and nothing to identify the mystery harness or the location of the roof beacon wires.

 

Upon further investigation the harness (3 wires) in question plugs into the under dash junction block. And then disappears into the front of the center console. I am now thinking it has to do with the wi-fi.
