Manual Seat Wont Lock Into Place

Hey guys my manual seat won't lock into place. I noticed a little white piece sitting on the seat rail with nothing attached to it.

 

 

Any ideas on how to fix it? I imagine some spring came loose and now it's not attached and securing properly?

White piece is broken. Removed seat and tried to fix it with no luck.

 

We were unable to swap seat tracks so we Ended up finding a whole replacement seat for 80 bucks.
