2006 2500hd no throttle

truck was running great,3days ago went to pick up daughter,waited for about 5-10 min listening to radio.went to leave reduced power-check engine light comes on.goes to limp mode.i pulled over wont start.waited a couple minutes,started ran fine,check engine light still on.i read a few posts that said to clean throttle body and maf sensor.i did that now it started ran very rough then died,wont start now.no obd codes come up.i disconnected battery,when i reconnected it i can hear butterfly clicking wnen powered on,but no start ..any help would be greatly appriciated.thanks

You have a code with a special policy I believe ,

 

P2135 I think ,

 

Get a different shop to scan it
