LED bulbs and Fuses

HEy guys, anyone got a set of LED bulbs, and had a problem with the fuses blowing?  I picked up a set today and the fuses kept blowing everytime!!!  Anyone have that problem?

Someone else posted here a while back about having the same problem with fuses blowing when the replaced the DRL's with LED's.  I don't see why it would alter it but maybe there is a problem with the relays?

I was looking at them on Stylin Concepts webpage.  At the bottom of the bulb page it list "Load Equilizers", and says there must be one installed for every LED bulb.  Could that be what you need?
