p0200 code

My truck has recently been throwing the p0200 code and a misfire on number 3 cylinder. New plugs and wires still happening. It is a 2007 4.3. Could it just be the number 3 injector clogged or just not working? Any help is greatly appreciated thanks in advance

Same happened here on my 4.3.

A generous ratio of Techron to fuel every other tankful (took about 3 tank fills) & a couple extended road trips, and it went away.

Hasn't come back in >50k mi.s.

Try it, you might (?) get lucky.

So I replaced my injectors and the truck is running fine but now I have fuel overflowing out of the top of the intake plenum. I put the plug in the other hole and still have the same problem. Any ideas?
