I read in another post about the various levels of tune for the Duramax. Can you explain why the level 3 tune (85HP) is not good for towing? Does it have to do with advanced timing and fuel ratio under load

Any concerns about frequent reflashing between programs when I want to tow and when I want to smoke the tires?

Do you have Torque #s?

Not meaning to but in but at the stage 3 level your egt's are about maxed out without toweing. When you put a constant load on the motor toweing your egt's will be way to high and just maybe a melt down. EGT is exhaust gas temprature.

Please. 1983. Technically, there were a couple made, but it was never released as an official model year.

Actually there was 13 made and one of them still sits on the show room floor in Bowling Green Kentucky. This vette has no vin number on it...just #13 If you go there try to take a picture of it...lol they will thow you out.

When I bought my 94 New in 94 I took a trip up there to see the Corvette plant..Very Nice place. I will be buying a new ZO6 in a few months for the wife and probably have to make another trip.

I have the Hypertech programmer in my truck and love it. This predator seems pretty nice....
