torsion bar adjustment help?

Before winter i purchased a 2006 silverado 1500 vortec maxx w/ 6.0L. While truck was in shop last time for estimate they had up on lift. It was noticed my torsion bars were actually cranked in almost to the max. Truck has no lift kit in and sits level. Shouldnt front end be up high if they are turned all way in.....or is something bent or bad? I know very little about torsion bars n keys.

If it sits level, the bars are cranked. The rear should sit about 2 inches higher

The bar bolts in the front are about 90% fully cranked i would say. The truck sits perfectly level front to back. The rear end is stock with no compensation to match front bars being cranked all way in almost
