Radio issues 2010 sierra denali

I have a 2010 gmc sierra denali it has the bose system with no navi just am fm 6 disk and satellite with Bluetooth calling...

 

Problem i am having is if I hit a nice bump or the bass hits a little hard the radio will switch from Xm to aux I can be playing a cd and it do the same thing just switches to aux... sometimes it does it anyways just driving down a smooth road it just starts switching back and forth xm to aux back to xm then stops on aux again

 

Has anyone else experienced this if so what was the problem ive heard everything from the raido is bad, theres a loose wire inside the radio, sounds like a solder issues and there is a bad connection in your steering wheel controls..

 

Any help ide appreciate
