Non-permanent change of grill???

I got an 03 Yukon that I would like to change the front grill on. I have seen some that require that you cut out the existing grill and replace with theirs. Is there any way to change the grill without having to make a permanent modification like that?

I have that new buy/lease combination that they are pushing at the NY dealerships and I'm not sure if I will keep the truck when it is up.

Any suggestions?

Check out www.putco.com I got there Punch grille for my 02 Sierra. It connects using 8 clips & screws. Haven't removed it yet but there's no cutting of the original so if you grow tired of it within a few minutes you're back to stock.

Do you have any pics of yours? It looks like it is what I am looking for except that it looks like I may have to remove the GMC logo before the install.

Street scene has its speed grill that i think just pops over the existing it looks real good. On their website they dont give a very good picture of it tho.

Did it have a cutout for the GMC logo or did you have to take it off the existing grill and apply it to the new one?

It already had the cutout, it fit right over nicely. Very easy installation.

Do you have any other pics of the grill installed that show it better? From that pic it looks like the cut-outs aren't consistent around the logo - is that correct?

i got a lund cover on mine--cut out around emblem and snaps to original grill--gives the blackout effect--thought about painting different designs on it this summer--works great--truck doesnot runn hot or anything--really keeps the bugs out of radiator too
