2014/2015 Silverado conversion to 2016

Hey everyone, new member here, from overseas.

I have 2015 Silverado High Country.

Wrecked the front end last week. Luckily the airbags were not deployed.

Now I need to replace the whole frond and I was looking to get the 2016.

For those who had theirs converted, how much of a project the swap was. Was the whole thing direct swap or involved major mods, aside from the obvious electrical thing.
