I did complain to the Chevy Customer Service Dept repeatedly, over the problem I had w/ my tahoe and the repeated times I returned to the dealership to get this resolved.

 

I kept pretty good records and constant contact w/ my Chevy rep. and the service manager was extremely helpful. I did also impress upon them that it did qualify for a 'lemon' here in NY state.

 

I like my truck and I was glad that it was resolved....

so basically they offered me 2 years free of the ' Smart Care' plan, which I gather is oil/fluids etc etc.
