02 2500HD Randomly Won't Start

Today at work my 02 2500HD with the 6.0L didn't want to start for seemingly no reason. I checked for spark, the battery connections, oil, fuel pressure at the rail and looked for leaks in the line and everything seemed to check out. The starter engaged, the engine cranked over and acted like it wanted to try to run. After half an hour of scratching my head it just decides it wants to start. Didn't have any issues with it the rest of the day. I drive this truck 150+ miles a day and start it maybe 10 or 15 times throughout the day. When it was running I was able to pull codes P0107 manifold pressure sensor, P0122 throttle position sensor, P1631 anti theft device, B2960 security system sensor. The previous owner installed remote start so I'm guessing that's the security codes but I'm unsure about the others. Any ideas?

I would try and reset the security system to start, not sure how that works because my truck doesn't have a security system. But I'm sure there are videos on YouTube
