GMT-800 Pitman and Idler Arm Replacment (video)

We all know the pitman and idler are common inspection fail points on the GMT-800 platform, and there are a lot of good write-ups and videos on doing this job.  When my dad had his Hummer H2 fail, we decided to film it since the H2 has a slightly different front suspension (based on the 3/4-ton) and the skid plate system makes the job harder.

I have also done this job on a 1/2-ton duty Suburban and found both jobs equally frustrating and an assistant almost mandatory.  While this is specifically geared towards the H2, it is an extensive video and a lot of the tricks and tips (which will save hours) are applicable across the entire GMT-800 platform.

So below is a link to my video, I hope it helps those who are researching how to prepare for this job.

If anyone else has tips/tricks/comments from this job, let's hear them below.
