2014 1500 Sierra headlight shutter

I went through the dealer upgrade and purchased the direct replacement bulbs that Vosla offered . Drivers side works great , however passenger side the bulb appears to be too long and gets hung up in the shutter , preventing the high beam from working . Bulb out and  shutter functions properly , bulb in and I get low beam only. I’m stumped. As to why this is happening. 

Any suggestions ?
