So the 6.0 is getting a little old and I am looking to replace it soon. Thinking of buying a second 6.0 (low miles) and putting a larger cam in it. What do you guys think? What cam should I use? I need to pass ca emissions and hopefully keep good mpg (I currently only average 8.5) . What else should I do to the motor while I’m at it? Trying to keep things cheap as I don’t have a lot of money to spend. Feel free to chime in. I do use the truck as a daily driver, occasionally tow and hit the dirt a bit. Just need a reliable powerful engine.
