Lift / leveling keys

Are all leveling keys made the same I have seen 2” some say 1-3” ?  I know there are a lots of opinions on who’s are the best but my question is the geometry the same on them as in the hex hole cut out position the same way? I was looking at the zone 2” lift with keys and blocks could I crank them to get 3” if I wanted to? I know I would need new UCA but would the shock be long enough ? I was also looking at the Rough Country 3.5 that came with all i need but wanna keep some rake to the truck could I just turn down the keys to do that or would that not be enough preload for the spring? I am new to the torsion bar front ends always have worked with coil overs thanks for the help
