photoshop questions

What exactly is this program? I know it allows you to edit pictures and stuff but how do I get it? The reason being is that I would like to see what my 99 Silverado would look like with a 3" body lift with 1" spacers on the wheels.... How do dI do this?

Durn... I'm telling y'all... Photoshop Elements is all you need and is below $100.00. You don't need the big commerical version unless you are doing some really heavy-duty stuff. I use Photoshop Elements nearly every day at work.

They have 7.0 out for around $650 smackers on their website.

 

Photoshop 6.0 on Amazon.com is at around $500.

 

Like lrymal said, stick with Elements. For $100, you can't beat it. Unless you are a graphic artist (which you are not) you won't even know what a quarter of the functions are on the full Photoshop, much less be able to use them.

I use Photoshop CS almost everyday at work and I think it's worth the money if you do more than tweaking digital pictures. But, I wouldn't spend $650 + $$ for plug-ins for it (unless work pays for it ) if Photoshop Element does everything needed automatically and faster.
