Carfax Anyone?

Does anyone have a Carfax account? My dad is looking at a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe 2-door LS and I would like to know if it has been wrecked or if it is clean. If you can help, the VIN is 3GNEC18R1XG139217.

 

Anything else I should have him check out before buying it?

I've always been a big fan of taking the it to a trusted mechanic to give it a once over.
