I have a 2013 Chevy Malibu. The driver’s upper seat couldn’t decline forward, it could only recline backward. Therefore, I removed the whole seat and found out the part that rotates  the upper seat, which is in the middle of the seat, could work on one side only. I had to remove that metallic bar and made declination work manually only.

However, at first, everything seemed to be working  , except the climate control panel that suddenly turned off, as if it’s not receiving power.

i would like to know If there’s any connection between the driver’s seat and the climate control panel?

How can i make the control panel work again?

 Thank you in advance
