So, am I to assume that these are 2" (which I measured) lift blocks? I just want to make sure so I can order the correct rear shocks.  Thanks in advance.

Yes, that is the TB/AT4 part number so it will fit your truck with the 2" block.  The bump stop extension is just that - it extends the bumpstop down to keep the shock from bottoming out.  Or, like the TB/AT4 does, it is just another block that bolts to the top of the axle.  Either way, it just lessens the distance between the bumpstop and the axle.

Which ones should I go with to accompany the shocks?
