Rear ABS Toner Ring

2018 Denali 

Left Rear wheel bearing grinding noise. Pulled axle, it looks fine as does the bearing. Pulled bearing and Toner Ring Assembly. Is this supposed to be 3 pieces? Retaining ring, spacer, toner ring (splined rubber sleeve). Seems like that loose-fitting spacer could be the noise culprit, except kinda hard to believe it would give a growling noise. Or is it supposed to be attached to the toner ring?

Though the singer is silent, there still is the truth of the song.
