Brake light and abs light on and service 4wd light on

I have a 2003 chevy 1500 z71 ls. 

I the abs light, brake light, and service 4wd like comes on and off. So I replaced the tccm and they stopped for a day. But now sometimes they come on and stay on and sometimes it they only come one when I am braking. I have already took apart the abs module and resodered any connections that looked bad wasn't many. And still the same thing. I also recently noticed that when I put the rear window defrost on it will make some of the dash stop working and make the abs and brake lights come on the only system code that is current is c0603 range actuator control circuit short to ground.
