Saw a kick ass truck today...

Today while out in the country I saw an '80 - '87 GMC full size sitting in a grassy lot near an intersection (I think it was for sale, it was parked as if it was being displayed, not broken down). From a distance I noticed something seemed strange about the cab. The truck clearly wasn't a regular cab, and it didn't look like a crew cab. I got closer and realized that it was a rare extended cab conversion! I have never seen one in person. I knew that a company had made them, but this was the first time I saw one in person. It was a good looking truck. It wasn't in perfect shape, but it didn't look too bad. I wish I had brought the camera with me.

I have seen a couple around here a few years back. I beleive they were done by a conversion house. I think they took a reg cab long box and then exended the cab and shortened the box.

Yeah, it was. Had me pissed.
