2014 GMC 3500HD Front Airbag Impact Sensor

I have a 2014 3500HD made in Canada (if that matters). The front airbag impact sensor screw is on the top of the bracket, not a bolt on the bottom like I’ve seen everywhere in instructions for replacement. Has anyone else come across this? How do I access the screw to remove the bracket? Is there any way to do it without pulling the radiator? (Unfortunately it doesn’t look like it…)
