3.0 - Engine Whine below 40MPH

I have a whine when taking foot off accelerator below 40MPH. Not it is not turbo whine, you can hear that while this noise is happening.

 

I had a vehicle that made similar noise that required the idler pulley be replaced. 

 

Any ideas?

As a very late update, it was the transmission fluid pump that had to be replaced under warranty.
