How do I get the inside door panel off 2001 Tahoe?

I need to get inside the Driver side door to eliminate a squeak...

Its real easy I just took mine off today.

#1 take off the piece by the mirrors

#2 pull off the piece by the door handle

#3 pull off the piece with the door lock & window switch and disconnect the plugs

#4 there's 2 bolts to undo ( one by the armrest/door handle and one where you pull the switch assembly out of.

#5 pull staight up.

Hope this helps, kinda sucks with no pic's! but its not very hard. I thought it would be until I did it.
