Wheel center caps loose

How many people have problems with their factory center caps staying on. Here in NY I know of two other people besides myself that have to check the caps often to make sure that they are secure. This is after making sure that you feel the click of it lock in place at the last turn. Brother-in-law says the guys at work use Lock tite on theirs to keep them secure. I never had an issue with the 1500, but the 2500 has issues. Just wondered how big of a problem this is.

Well, it is big enough the GM has a TSB on it.

so what's the fix???? Did a search on wheel caps and nothing comes up.

In 2 1/2 years and 15K miles I've never had a problem with mine... The only problem I've really heard about, is that the center caps for the chrome and steel wheels aren't the same as the ones for the aluminum wheels, and if you mix and match then they will not stay on...

Since your truck is new, I would see the dealer about the problem.
