West Coast Jr. Mirrors?

[2001 HD]

I've seen at least 2, 00-01, 3500's here in San Antonio with a new or different style mirrors on them. They look something like the F#$d super-duty mirrors or like a West Coast Jr. rectangular type of mirror. One bracket comes up from the bottom. They look like Velvac mirrors, but have an OEM looking bracket.

They are NOT the following: CIPA, GM accessory towing mirrors, SCHUM%$#@), Bestop. Doing a search for "velvac", "towing mirrors" only hits the same mirrors over and over.

 

Has anyone seen these?
