What offset wheel

I think i am going to buy the eagle 589 style wheel with bfg at 285's. Will the 4" offsrt be to little or shoulf I get the 4 1/2" offset? I am going to order them through 4wheel parts.com.

 

The price is 1260 for the package.

I have the 4 1/2 offset on my truck, and it sets the front wheels a little bit outsie of the the factory flairs. The back wheels are right at the edge of the factory flairs.

 

If you are at all thinking of adding a lift kit in the future, I would go with the 4 1/2's as that is what is required on several of the lift kits.

the backspace no my rims is 4.5, that is what 4wheel parts recommended to me.

I wanted 3.5 but they said that 3.5s would tear up my ball-joints
