Bumper Rust

Any one had any problems with rust on the underside of the front bumper? If there’s already a post on this could some one please point the way?

I think everybodys does it. There is a TSB for only the 2003 Sierra strangly enough.

Unfortunately, they all do. At least the outside is rust free. I've been contemplating taking mine off, sandblasting the backside and putting a good coat of paint on.

I have been waiting almost three months for the kit. I took the truck in 3-17-2004 for the problem. They had to order the kit from GM and everytime I call, the guys says its not it. On 6-17-2004 I am calling the service manager.

It sucks when the truck is all clean and the you look at the bumper to see rust on a shiny black truck.

I noticed mine when I was installing the foglights, I wonder if that rust converter paint stuff would stop it?
