Rancho 5000s - need the correct part #

I need the correct part#s for front & rear Rancho 5000 shocks.Can someone help me out? These are for a GMC1500 4x4 Suburban.

Fronts are RS5150 the rears are RS5124 $44.39 each. They are on the shelf at Summit Racing
