Tow/Haul Mode

is it safe to use Tow/Haul mode at speeds around 75 MPH?

Are you towing at those speeds???? I ran mine towing at 75 mph. No problem here. All the tow/haul mode does is extend the length the gears are engaged before shifting to the next gear and also locking out overdrive till the vehicle reaches 65 mph.

I love leaving tow/haul on

 

I don't see how it'd hurt since when you're towing the tranny is set to shift firmer/;ater and hold its own longer thatn normal. I wouldn't think its help much freeway cruising, but if it's through moutanous terrain or a lot of hills and such, I think it might help for pulling up the hills

At those speeds the Tow/Haul mode is not engaged anyway so I don't see it hurting anything,the Tow/Haul mode is only affective up to around 60 MPH anyway.
