2003 1500 HD LS converting cloth to leather

well I just got my 03 1500 HD.. cloth is ok but have a chance to get the LT leather seats.. my question is.. I have semi power drivers.. and non power passenger now.. Do all the silverados have the seat wirng there.. and just not hooked up.. or they wire it according to what options you ordered.??

How hard is it to .. convert the passenger seat to power if the wiring is not there.? thanks..

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
