Looking for "step pad"? "hitch pad"?

My father wants me to find him one of the black pads that go around the factory bumper hitch on his 89 K1500 (the chrome is rusting and flaking there). I think they started putting them on the 91 GMC's but I can't find them. From what I can tell their called: hitch pads, step pads, or bumper pads. Does anyone know where I could find one...

I'd check your local salvage yard and take one off a bent or rusted bumper that has been set aside for scrap.
