Wheels, Tires , & Balancing

I know this topic has been talked about and I have done the search and found a wealth of info on this subject but this is my problem. A few months ago I traded in my 2000 2500 Silverado on a new 2004 2500 Suburban and when I did so I kept my Boyd Coddington revolver wheels and put them on the Suburban. But in doing so The 285/75/16 wouldn't even come close to fitting so I had Discount Tire put on 265/75/16 and got them to fit with a little trimming and 1 turn of the torsion bars. Every since the swap and on the new suburban I have taken it back in 5 times for them to rebalance because of nasty vibrations. The last time I was in they replaced 2 of the tires and told me that 2 of my wheels were slightly bent and told be this may be the problem :fume: They said that I must have hit something to cause this. I told them no I haven't and asked how else could they have bent. They say nothing could have. Why didn't they see this before the 5th trip in:confused: I know they had to break the tires and spin them to try and balance could they have bent them :D I told them that the wheels were only 2 years old and I don't even run them in the winter and I didn't hit no pot hole the size of a crater. I told them that I wanted them to contact Boyd (the wheel maker) to see why they bent. They again told me that I hit something to make them bend  What should I do The suburban still is out of balance and vibrates and yes they did use the hunter 9700 to load balance everytime and the wheels are hub centric. Help Help before I boil

let me tell ya,it takes a awful hit to bend a wheel. more than a pot hole. i used to race 4x4 in club we had and i cant remember any bent rims only in the nasty stuff. normal driving its hard for me to believe bent rims. i also dont believe you would get a bad wheels from boyd c. lets us know what happens on this :fume:

Well I have talked to alot of people and they all say the same as commanche1 said. :D So I called Boyd and talked to the second man in charge Greg and he also agreed that it was vey unlikely for them to have bent from a pot hole or hitting anything for that matter. I explained the story to Greg and he thinks they were bent while changing the tires. Greg told me to send them in and they would take a look at them. I have since gone back to Discount Tire and told them the info that I had and asked if they would like to send them back since I orderd the wheels through them and they said they would. So now I have to take in my winter set with factory wheels to have them switched. That is where i'm at.
