Wiring Sierra fog lights to instant on

Hello everyone.

 

I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. I was wondering if anyone has wired their truck so the fog lights come on when the headlights do (automatically)? I have an '04 Sierra 1500. Even if you haven't, any advice would be much appreciated.

Welcome aboard I believe that this should follow the same approach as having the high beams turn on the low beams as well. You should be able to put a diode between the headlight relay and the fog light relay. If you do a search for "Quad headlight conversion" the concept should be the same except instead of going from the high beam relay to the low beam relay you would go from the low beam relay to the fog light relay.
