Where to bring the wires in

I need to run two sets of wires from the back end of the truck to the cab. One set will belong to the backup camera that is mounted to the bumper and the other will be the electrical lock to the tonneau cover. Both run under the bed. Should I bring them both up and through the firewall or is there a better place to bring them through. I remember a drain plug being in my old 84 GMC. Do the newer vehicles have something like that on the floor of the cab? Thanks for the help. Looking forward to finally getting all the electronics in this truck finalized.

 

Then I can take it back to the people that installed the alarm to get them to figure out why it goes off on its own every once in a while. I turned off the shock sensor thinking it might be the problem, but it still goes off on its own. No rhyme or reason to it. Almost like its go a mind of its own. don't you love electronics?
