AUTO TAP

I JUST PURCHASED THE AUTO TAP INTERFACE THAT WORKS WITH A PALM PDA TO READ ALL THE VEHICLE INFO WHILE IT IS RUNNING. I ALSO PURCHASED THE GM ENHANCED DATA TO SEE EVERYTHING GOING ON. THIS IS SORT OF LIKE THE SNAP ON MICRO SCAN. HAS ANYONE USED THIS SYSTEM BEFORE????? IT IS SUPPOSED TO SHOW YOU EVERYTHING THAT A TECHNICIAN WOULD SEE AT THE DEALERSHIP.

Yes, auto tap is excellent scanner software. It was a must have a few years ago. Problem is you can't change anything with it (tune). New tuning programs (HPTuners.com) have the scanner software built in so you can scan everything but also make changes. IMHO, for $500.00, it is a better deal.

With their new pricing structure, you get 2 vehicles years/types for the old price of one. Too bad I've had it for 6 months.
